I have a brand new Delta minicrib. It clearly specifies on the sticker that the shortest mattress it will accept is 37.75". This mattress is specified at 38". It generously measures 37" bare, less when a sheet is compressing the edging. I paid extra for a Delta branded mattress, assuming it would be the best fit for my Delta crib. I purchased this 4” mattress for a DaVinci Kalani mini crib. Some reviewers talked about a gap with the Delta mini crib, I absolutely do not have that problem with the DaVinci. Honestly, it is so snug it took me a while to really pack it in there, there is not an eighth of an inch to spare and I have the mesh crib bumper around the mattress as well. I also reviewed a bamboo mattress protector that I bought for it on Amazon that I gave five stars. I purchased this mattress with my Delta Mini Crib bundle on Amazon. The crib is beautiful but this mattress was 1inch too small... and the mattress itself states that any gap 1inch or more is unsafe. I returned this mattress and hopefully will find one that fits since the mattress that comes with the crib doesn't seem firm enough. Read more

I really like this mini crib mattress. The one thing I wished I would have known before I purchased was you may need a mattress pad/cover. I think it makes noise when the baby lays on it. I know this is not recommended for use in pack n plays but that is the only reason I purchased this. I have a baby trend nursery center and many nights of hearing my son slam his legs down onto the hard mat that it came with and scared of hard mat flattening baby’s head, I decided to purchase this. Now my son does not wake throughout the night and sleeps about 2 hours longer. It was not a perfect fit for my baby trend but I tightly rolled blankets and stuffed into empty space then used a crib sheet over both mattress and rolled blanket. Mine came in at 2" it also sinks in and isnt the best will be getting something different soon BUT its good for maybe naps but we use ours for our kids bed now he kept getting stuck in bars of his crib and were not getting bumpers so short term stuff and naps its good not long term and for a bed Read more

I love this bed. It's nice and thick and fits perfectly in the breathable baby mini crib. It doesn't leave any space in the bed for my child to get stuck or stuck her arms and legs in-between the mattress and crib. I'm pretty big on safe sleep because my daughter was born extremely premature. This mattress feels nice and firm. I really am glad I chose this mattress for my baby. She will sleep on this as long as it's her size. Extremely satisfied with this purchase. The true test is seeing how well your baby sleeps on it, all babies are different.
