The dresser itself is a nice quality piece of furniture. It matches our crib perfectly and the color of wood description is true to its statement (dark cherry espresso). Our problem came when we tried to assemble it. The dresser frame was built with no issues.The issues were within the dresser drawers. All 6 of them were not able to be built because the back piece of the draw groove did not match up and was off significantly. When we contacted the company it took several days for them to call back as they do not pick up the phone they have you leave a message. When we explained to the company our situation, they asked for photos and when they were sent they wanted more photos showing each drawer even though all six had the exact same issue. Follow-up pictures were sent, and the company still has not followed through to correct this problem. We had three different people attempt to assemble this and from further inspection the back piece labeled "R" as it is labeled is incorrect. It is about an inch too narrow and the screws do not line up. This was an expensive purchase for our baby room, and we can not finish putting the room together as we still do not have the issue corrected or new drawers to use.I am very dissatisfied with their customer service and after reading their reviews I had expected better. This was not a project for the faint of heart. We initially had to wait 2-weeks to receive a replacement part because we were sent two part "F" and no part "J". Once we started building, there were a few steps that were very awkward to do like screwing in a bolt with an allen wrench that could only be turned 1/4 turn at a time due to other parts being in the way. The manual had a mislabeled picture indicating incorrect screws to use, but the word description was correct, so we were able to figure it out. The flimsy back pieces were supposed to be attached with 20 small screws, but there were only 6 pre-drilled holes in them. Since it wasn't a structural concern, we let it be, but I'm disappointed that there were mistakes in manufacturing. One screw also was warped, but luckily they sent a few extra pieces and we were able to use the extra. The price tag and my previously positive experiences with Delta furniture, led me to have higher expectations for this dresser. Read more

The packaging was very well organized and although the pieces initially looked over whelming, my husband used his drill and put this dresser together in probably 1-2hrs max. Theres a lot of comments about the smell, and truthfully I can understand if it's over powering to some.. but it's no different when you order brand new furniture from another furniture store and they deliver it.I'd love to give this a full star, however the drawers dont exactly align and when you push/pull it's not a very smooth glide. Over all I really enjoy this project and I'm not disappointed with the alignment, it really doesnt annoy me, but my husband is bothered by it... and he put it all together so his opinion matters here. The appearance is white and simple. It's perfect for a nursery and the draws hold ALOT.. and we are cloth diapering our LO, organization is key.This dresser is sturdy and the drawers stop once they're pulled open all the way, so the risk of a drawer popping out is unlikely, and this set came with an anchor, so my husband will also hook the dresser to the wall for as extra praucation. The media could not be loaded.  Our daughter is 4 months old and the only thing we’ve used this dresser for so far is to store clothes that are too big. We never even touch it and it’s already cracking in multiple places for no reason other than that it’s a piece of 💩. No doubt we’ll have to replace it before she’s old enough to touch it because I don’t want her hurting herself on all the cracked areas. You’d be much better off taking this money and going to a flea market or garage sale. Plastic storage containers would be better quality and value than this. This dresser is very sturdy, thus very difficult for one person to assemble, as it should be flipped over two different times to assemble. VERY HEAVY. Each drawer is 5 pieces, plus hardware. Allow 5 hours for assembly of dresser. The bottom front piece does not fit flush against the dresser, so there is a small space above, but probably not noticeable to anyone but owner. Amazon truck delivery instructions were to place item at side porch, but it was left on my front walk and I had to call for someone to help me move it into the house. Beautiful dresser from the front. Quality material except for the back of dresser which is thin plywood which is no where near the color of the rest of the dresser. I guess for the cost I couldn’t expect perfection and should be grateful it’s in the back. This is also backbreaking to assemble. This is a nice size dresser and better quality than expected. However, it did come dinged in multiple places. Easy to assemble.I am adjusting my review by reducing it by 2 stars. This dresser seems pretty nice until you realize how easily that coating comes off and you see scratches and dings on a barely used dresser. My 8 month old certainly hasn't been going wild on it. Just leaning rubs off the finish so you start to see the light wood underneath.You get what you pay for unfortunately. Read more
