I have long, thick hair and most hair clips would only hold rest of my ponytail and wouldn't anchor into the rest of the hair. This is the only clip that can hold all of it and keep my hairstyle up. I love these clips! They're very chic and make me look like I put more effort into my hair than I actually did while adding that touch of femininity. I have thin but long (think about a one person serving size of uncooked spaghetti thick when I pull all of my hair into a ponytail, but down to my waist long) hair so I'm always on the lookout for clips that can hold a lot of hair while still being able to grip to the nonexistent hair on my scalp. I like the look of these hair clips, and the price for a set is cheap, but you can see the glue holding the fake pearls when you look up close. If this doesn't bother you, these will do just fine. If you want something that looks higher end, maybe with a metal clip, keep looking. Read more
