I have always had trouble keeping my curls smooth. When I leave my hair curly, I give sprays from the Davines OI hair milk to detangle, then with a silver-dollar sized amount of curl cream, gently work the product in. I flip my head upside down, rub the product between my hands, and basically squeeze my hair in a scrunching fashion to get the product all over. I then usually move on to makeup, letting my hair dry naturally for a bit. After that, using a high heat/low airflow setting on my hair dryer, I flip my head over and gently scrunch. Sometimes I use a diffuser, but not always. The resulting curls are pretty crisp, and not frizzy. The BEST PART is that they last at least two days. Did you hear that?!? Sleep on your curly hair, then wake up and it still looks good. Unbelievable. I read at least 40 reviews on this product (curl cream) before I purchased it. My hair is naturally curly, tends to dry out and gets frizzy so after I read the reviews I decided to give it a shot. I guess I didn't pay attention to the ounces so when I received the cream I was shocked at how small the bottle was. The picture definitely doesn't give an accurate depiction of the container size. I had high hopes based on the reviews but sadly this cream did not work in my hair as it did in so many others. I've tried it the past 3 days and while my hair is still wet it looks great, nice bouncy curls but as soon as it completely dried it wasn't as frizzy as usual but it was still frizzy an I definitely needed something more. I used it on day two and added a larger amount (I am also using the Davines leave in spray) and one side of my hair looked better than the other but still not the look I'm looking for so on day 3 I made sure to use an adequate amount of both and spread it eventually throughout my hair, sadly it still did not magically help my hair achieve that beautiful curly bounce I was looking for, it didn't look to much better than it looks when I use mousse the only positive is that it left my hair feeling softer to the touch than mousse does but I still had to use hair spray so it defeated the purpose. I didn't notice any horrible oder but I did notice a little stickiness on my hand but not so much on my hair. I gave this product a 2 because it didn't do anything for my hair, I didn't give it a 1 because it left my hair softer than mousse leaves it but other than that I did not like it and I am returning the product. My hair is really fine, and I'm always trying to add volume. Since my hair is naturally curly, I sought out LOVE CURL CREAM to help enhance the curls and build volume.I love how the product works, but my only two cons are the smell and the stickiness when I apply it. The smell is fishy to outhouse smelling. I've written the company to ask why... possible I received an old expired bottle?? I will update my review when I hear back from them.The stickiness I can just wash off my hands. Not too big of a deal.I’m giving the product a 3-star because I really do love it, but the odor is not cool. I’m hoping the bad odor is a fluke. If so, I'll update this review. ; ) Read more

I have tried so many products for curly/wavy hair, and this one is AMAZING... I’m so happy to have found ONE product that replaces so many. I used to use a combination of smoothing serum, curl cream, AND mousse, but now I use this one product and get the results I’ve always wanted. I wash my hair every other day now, and with just wetting my hair down with a spray bottle of water and a few drops of peppermint and lavender essential oils I don’t even need more product for day 2 and my hair looks terrific! My hairstylist first introduced me to this product and I love it, keeps my curls tight and smells great! Also really easy to use, I just shower and apply a leave in conditioner (my ends tend to dry out) then apply a half dollar amount into my hair while scrunching and it holds. However if u use too much it does make hair stiff. Also by itself won't make my curls last thru the night, but combined with a curl shampoo (curlsmith) and curl revitializer (also curl Smith) I can go 3+ days with intact curls. Read more

Once I use it I can refresh my curls the next day by wetting my hair (by running my fingers through my hair - not a complete dousing). Let it dry and you have the original hairdo. My hair is just above my shoulders, so I don't know how it would work with long hair. I highly recommend this. Also the curl control cream by the same company. I have dry 3a curls that are prone to frizz, and this cream really did nothing at all for me, and left my hair noticeably dryer than before. I also found the smell very off putting--this is personal preference, obviously, but it smells nothing like the Love conditioner, which I use and like. Read more

Sconsigliato per i capelli afro in quanto la texture è veramente troppo leggera per cui assolutamentei ricci non risultano definiti.
