This bed arrived without the toddler daybed, low railing conversion piece. The manufacturer, Million Dollar Baby Co, does not answer their phones and redirects customers to a website to order missing parts. This Emmett crib is not available on their website and there is no way to get the missing part. Feels scammy, like false advertisement. I gave the company the benefit of a doubt and a couple of weeks to correct their error. I haven’t heard anything back from them. I wanted to order a dresser to make into a changing table and a chest of drawers, but I will not be giving this company any more of my business. You shouldn’t waste your time either. Read more

Disappointed with this purchase. It's not the quality we expected. It's very short overall. We ordered a Graco two years earlier and it was better built and sturdier overall. Love it very easy to put together as first time parents it took less than an hour. They give you all the tools to build it, other than you need a regular screwdriver. Wood looks great and is very sturdy. Bought a Graco mattress through Amazon to go with it. Also the conversion rails are separate purchase but much cheaper than buy a new bed when they outgrow the crib. Read more

I purchased the crib and the converter kits but the manufacturer gave me a headboard with poor craftsmanship and a dent. My 7 month old daughter is suppose to use this headboard into her teenage years when it’s converted into a full size bed. This is unacceptable. I want to love it, but the screw holes for the mattress height were not threaded at the top, making it impossible to place it at the higher setting for our newborn. I am 5'1", so this makes it impossible for me to easily place our newborn down without jostling her trying to reach the lower mattress. There is no option to contact customer service, just to ship it back. So we would have to take it apart, box it up in a new box since the packaging ripped during unboxing, ship it back and wait for a new crib. Such a disappointment. The crib looks nice after putting it together, but the process was frustrating due to poor manufacturing. The biggest problem was that the pre-drilled holes for the socket nuts were not fully drilled out. This caused the socket's paired bolt to be misaligned and impossible to screw in. I had to use a drill on the holes to bore them out very carefully. Please upgrade the quality control process. Read more

I was so excited to receive my baby's beautiful crib. The packaging was nice. Everything we needed was included and the instructions were easy to follow. My only disappointment was a small scratch in the middle of the headboard. I don't know if it were like that when we opened the box or as my sons took everything out of the box.
