I have had tenia versicolor for over 9 years, starting when I was about 13 years old. I've always been frustrated with this condition, especially because I love being out in the sunshine, exercising, and catching a nice tan. It has always been something I am slightly self-conscious of, but mostly something I wanted to get rid of so bad because I knew it was treatable. After ordering this soap, I really did start to see results. My tenia spots covered the front of my stomach and chest area as well as my back, and it is now completely gone from my stomach and chest. My back still has some spots, but they are much less noticeable than they have ever been. I actually tried to order a different soap after running out of this one, but mostly because I have FOBO (fear of better options). I immediately regretted that decision and couldn't wait to run out so I could order this soap again. You get a nice sized bottle of soap with a good lather, a clean smell, and (most importantly) a formula that works. This body wash smells like a spa in a bottle. I honestly bought this for my son, but now I am the one using it. My skin feels clean and soft after using it. The smell is so amazing I love just breathing it in while showering. I am really big into Tea Tree and all it can do. We use shampoos and creams, but this has a better smell and I love the way my legs and feet smell after. But the smell isn't to over powering that my son doesn't want to use it. He thinks it's great and seems to have stop complaining about his feet, so win win for this mom!! Read more

Buyer beware! I bought this because it had a better price per oz than another tea tree oil body wash (that I was perfectly happy with other than cost). The label does say "tea tree" in big letters and "enriched with tea tree oil"; however that is misleading.The tea tree oil with antifungal properties you are looking for is distilled from the LEAVES of Melaleuca Alternifolia. Tea tree SEED oil comes from the seeds of Camellia Sinensis - the leaves of which are the black and green tea you drink! The seeds of Camellia Sinensis are pressed to obtain what is correctly called tea tree oil, BUT this particular oil is used as a moisturizer in cosmetics AND as a cooking oil due to it's high smoke point. These two plants are entirely unrelated and Melaleuca Alternifolia seeds are only used to grow more trees.Tea tree SEED oil does moisturize your skin; however look elsewhere for a wash with tea tree LEAF oil. An excellent product that I not only am going to order again but do recommend to any and all. This product is not overpowering in tea tree oil scent and leaves the skin feeling fully clean, smooth without a dried out effect, and soothed. A small amount when used with a mesh bathing sponge abounds in lather yet rinse off is a breeze. The after scent of this body wash doesn't leave one smelling as if one were pounced upon by a grove of Melaleuca trees and left to wander about easily trailed by the foggy antiseptic cloud that surrounds one. We adopted a kitten from Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria and unfortunately we didn't realize that she had ringworm until it spread through most of our home and became incredibly hard to combat (spores!). At this point, we've tried every wash, cream, wipe, lotion, shampoo you can imagine, for both humans and pets. This body wash really seemed to help us pause and prevent, not letting it spread any further. We did try another kind first(Purely Northwest Tea Tree oil and body wash) and that one also worked well and the seller had excellent follow up communication and customer service. The other wash seemed to work better for ringworm treatment/prevention, but I probably just feel that way because it had a stronger scent and dried out our skin much more, so in my head it felt like it was "working more" but back to this one- this one comes in a larger bottle, produces more lather, and dried our skin much less- so I consider it more of a "step 2" if you're battling a fungus. If you're using it just for prevention or it's healthy ingredients, then I would use it as "step 1". I think this is gentle enough for an everyday wash whereas the other one was not. Also, if you are battling ringworm or another fungus, I still recommend using medicinal cream on affected areas, not counting on a body wash to clear it up. Read more
