I have tried non-sonic electric toothbrushes, but they do NOT give my teeth that 'just got my teeth cleaned at the dentist's office' feeling like this one does. Finally decided to order replacement brush heads online, and I found them to be much less expensive than the replacements for big name brand electric toothbrushes. Each brush head has its own cover, which keeps them clean and dust free between brushings.BTW, I don't share this toothbrush with anyone else, and I no longer interchange the brush with any of the other miscellaneous attachments that came with it. Those just seemed like gimmicks to me, and the brush head doesn't fit as tightly onto the handle after multiple on-and-offs. So I just put a brush head onto the handle and use it until it needs replacing, at which time I dispose of it and attach a new brush. Read more

Not as expected. Sent me hard bristles, when soft are dentist recommended. No option available on order page. I guess I’ll get used to these hard for now and be more careful I order soft next time with someone that lets me know what I’m actually ordering. Read more

Purchased my Cybersonic 2 handle at a local grocery store. Then they promplty dicontinued selling the Cybersonic brand. The base has lasted forever about 5 years, so far. Have purchased the replacement brush heads more than once. The heads work well. They are soft but not too soft. I like how there are 2 different colors. There is no confusion as to whose is whose. Since my firs review of this product, the company made 100% good on the problem by replacing the brushes. The problem was in that these brushes cannot handle 'baking soda and peroxide' toothpaste (I think the problem is the baking soda, actually), and they are not described as such.I changed my toothpaste, and the new brushes are working great. I would give the item 5 stars, but they really need to warn the customer about this problem on the package and in the description. Read more
