Spectravite Ultra Men 50+ seem to have the required vitamins in the right amts. necessary for seniors. I also use this and I am a female because I don't need to have the (minimum) amount of Iron meant for younger women of child bearing age. The price is comparable. Easy to swallow and only 1 pill a day is required. Read more
