I love this toothbrush. The concentration of bristles makes this toothbrush super-effective. The compact head is the perfect size for my mouth, which is a little on the small size. The handle shape ensures a good grip. My greatest wish is that this toothbrush be made from biodegradable materials instead of plastic. With the increase in plastic pollution in every corner of our lives, I am choosing to forgo products made of plastic if/when I have a sustainable alternative. I’d been a long loyal customers of Oral-B toothbrush for 17 years, and decided to give this a try.My beloved Amazonians, please, if you are reading this review because you want to know if this product is worth your money, please PLEASE buy them. Use them. Learn how to appropriately brush your teeth. And you will never EVER be able to go back to your old tooth brush. You can just feel it each time after you brush your teeth. Like, you will feel that you did indeed brush your teeth. I take my toothbrushes very seriously, lol, and am always searching for a nice soft bristle that still cleans wonderfully. My search may finally be over:) I tried and loved the Dental Expert gentle soft Charcoal Toothbrushes, but developed a lot of sensitivity to my already sensitive teeth. I’ve also used numerous brushes from GUM, which a few of them I love. I actually like to use their post surgical brush during the day. It’s just not enough to clean my teeth well enough in the am and pm. So I finally tried these out and let me tell you, so far they are fantastic! Super soft, compact, and cleans wonderfully. These are wonderful toothbrushes! My teeth almost feel newly polished after using them. They are so much more effective than even the soft bristle brushes I get from my dentist!The bristles are very fine indeed, which makes them both gentle on the gums AND very effective in getting between teeth and into other awkward places.My set of 3 came in an assortment of wild color combinations, which I just love!Very much recommended. If you've never tried swiss quality, you're in for a treat. A friend of mine introduced me to these toothbrushes about 8 years ago now and I haven't used anything else since. The bristles on this toothbrush are incredibly delicate so watch out when you first use it, I nearly knocked my teeth out since this requires a bare minimum of pressure. These last quite a while compared to regular brushes as well, I'd say on average I go through one every 6 months. It's particularly gentle on your gums. Read more

Curaprox 5460 Ultrasoft Toothbrush bristles weren't as soft as I was expecting. I've got sensitive teeth and gums and had been struggling with the toothbrushes I had been getting from the dentist and mentioned it to a friend who introduced me to Nimbus toothbrushes a few months ago. She had an extra one that she gave to me, and wow, what a difference, softest bristles ever! She thought that Amazon sold Nimbus toothbrushes, so I wasn't too concerned about how I might get more, but when I tried to order them, there didn't appear to be anyone selling them.While the bristles on the Curaprox 5460 Ultrasoft Toothbrush are considerably softer than those of the Oral B's given out by the dentist, but these in no way feel "ultrasoft," which I was expecting them to be by the description. It was pretty disappointing, but it's clear they are well designed and made, easy to hold and to use. If you don't have very sensitive teeth or gums, these are very nice, and obviously well-rated. This toothbrush is the best I've ever used for my sensitive teeth and receding gum line. Bristles are extremely soft and the toothbrush head is the perfect size and shape for me. UPDATE 2: At first, I didn't like these, but they've grown on me and now I'm looking to buy another pack!UPDATE 1: These brushes have grown on me. I'm starting to think these brushes do a better job at the gumline but I'm still not sure about in between teeth. I love the softness of the bristles. I'm less likely to go back to my hard-bristled Oral-B except for maybe a weekly hard brush. I need to put some type of skateboard tape on the handle so it's more grippy.ORIGINAL: These are too hard to handle. The handles are thin and short compared to regular toothbrushes and I'm constantly changing my grip to get better leverage. They have a tiny head and the bristles are tight which is good for flat surfaces but getting in between teeth is not as effective. Also, the metallic text on the handle gets too close to the mouth. Well, these are fantastic. I have two impacted wisdom teeth. One of which, about once a year when I’m under particular stress, starts to play up with a horrible periodontitis (the step after gingivitis when everything gets rather horrible and swollen and sore). It being the midst of the coronavirus crisis and my being a frontline physician meant that this is incredibly inconvenient timing. Anyway - luckily as a sociable hospital physician I have a friendly relationship with a maxillofacial and oral surgeon who I asked for some advice on-the-go, and he advised an extra soft toothbrush like this one. Well: the pain is gone. After 4 days of needing painkillers (damn you paracetamol stockpilers!!) to get to sleep, the night after my new toothbrush arrived, I was virtually pain-free. Fabulous. After years of searching for the perfect toothbrush (for me), I have finally found it. I love this toothbrush. It is not as soft as you might expect from the description "ultra soft". I would call it "soft". I can get into the tooth-gum margin for a proper cleaning without scratching or damaging the gum. The bristles are stiff enough to clean the tooth surface (as far as I know ... my dentist has made no complaints). The maker interchanges the bristle colours with the handle colours, so you never know what you are going to get when you place your next order (I have ordered two packs, so far), and I rather like that. You might have orange bristles with a blue handle, and in your next packet there may be no orange bristle at all, and the blue handle may have pink bristle. Ideal for family colour coding. Read more

I have sensitive teeth - not to hot & cold foods, but sort of stinging/tingling for a long time after I eat anything with sugar in it (I now use only stevia & erythritol), and when I used aggresive products in the past (toothpastes, hard-bristled toothbrushes). I ran out of my Curaprox teethbrushes and there was a discount for Elmex ultra sensitive ones, so I bought those - but I had to switch right back to Curaprox, because the Elmex one was too harsh, especially on my gums. These Curaprox toothbrushes are the only ones that feel gentle enough, like a massage, without having to be paranoid about how softly I brush. After just a day of brushing with them, my teeth feel much better. They're awesome; totally a saviour for sensitive teeth like mine :) Would recommend 100% to anyone, not just people with sensitive teeth - it pays off to be careful about dental health in advance, rather than have to repair the damages once they've been done. So after suffering with spots of gum disease, a trip to the dental hygienist ensued and after being told off for not brushing my teeth correctly, she recommended these brushes. These are super soft brushes and you have to change how you brush your teeth to get the most out of them.However, these are the only brushes I'll consider buying now.
