Okay.... I just got this on 16 May it’s my second time using it and out of all of the reviews not one person mentioned about how uncomfortable the processes and I’d like to share with those that are thinking about getting this it’s not for the faint of heart if you’re doing this for the sole purpose to reduce cellulite so far so good but I have to tell you it is very uncomfortable and at times it can be painful it’s easy to suction you just put whatever lotion you want you squeeze it stick it to your skin and Bam I do advise though not to do a hard suction because it hurts. I can barely do five minutes. Keep the cup MOVING it prevents bruising. As a massage therapist I've used extravagant glass and plastic cupping sets and I have to say this is my favorite set.... the flexibility of the cups allows you to move over boney protuberances (sharp hard places for the non-therapist) without losing suction as frequently... I've taught clients to use this set as it takes no other equipment, is easy to travel with and in-expensive. I use the smallest cups for facial cupping and the larger for other parts of the body. As with all skillful cupping I've have had amazing results releasing tension and fascial adhesions and increasing energy/movement. Read more

Love these cups bought this because I couldn’t find my other large cup, I use the big one with some oil or soap in the shower to go over my butt and back of my thighs to keep my cellulite away, as we know you can’t get rid of cellulite but if I use this every week it helps break the bands under the skin that create the dents so you will have the smooth appearance with continued use. They have good suction and no rough spots like I’ve gotten on some cups. I keep one large in the shower and one by my bed so I remember to use them. Read more

I got these mostly for using on the face during oil cleansing. It did take a bit of getting used to to keep a suction going, especially around the neck, but if I don’t stretch the skin it helps. I’ve also been using the larger cups on myself for self care—I’m an LMT and trying to get used to cupping—and they’re really easy to use.Complaints: the tiny ones meant for the eyes are nearly useless, and the second smallest ones for the face can be tricky to clean at the inside tip. Not a huge complaint, as I use the larger facial cups all over, and they’re only for my use. Maybe a half star off. Read more

A nice set! Less expensive than some others, but still great quality. Very happy with these, plus comes with a little drawstring bag. It takes some practice to get it to work right, so I'm sure at least several of the poor reviews here are resulting from 'user error' lol. I would recommend. Read more

I am just beginning to try it .. I have had cuppin therapy on my body for muscle strain and I know it works.. I however not sure about cellulite and wrinkles but giving it a try …In my first use I did like I could see how the skin’s blood flow aspect and how it can help/work. I saw also a sort of plumping result but of course just lasted a bit after using it.Be careful when using it on your face .. this was my bad as I left it in for too long in one spot and gave myself a hickie … 🙏🏽 Read more
