This product really has my dentist excited! Not only has it modestly whitened my teeth, more importantly, it has banished plaque and tartar from my mouth! A year ago, after using this product for several months, I went to my dentist for a semi-annual teeth cleaning and inspection. As the dental hygienist worked on my teeth, she kept mentioning how clean they were and how healthy my gums looked. After she was through, she said she could not remember seeing a cleaner set of teeth or healthier gums: she found no tartar and only minor plaque deposits in a few places. When the dentist came in for the final inspection, he was also impressed. The upshot is that I only have to come in once a year now, rather than twice. Just used it last night I immediately notice white spots on my gums during the 2nd step brushing, thought it was normal since it was indicated in the packaging that it is temporary. Then when I brush my teeth this morning I experience pain in my gums. Then when I looked at the mirror closely after. I have used this toothpaste duo for a long time, and I really like the combination. I use this set at night with an electric toothbrush, but then I opt for a normal toothpaste in the morning. The polish (step 2) does not taste great, but I got several compliments on my teeth a couple of weeks after I started using this duo a few years ago. When I used up a set, I usually go a few weeks without before buying it again, and every time I start re-using, the comments about the whiteness of my teeth start once again! Love this stuff! Received a sample from my dentist and didnt believe the claims. But i gave it a try and wow, its awesome! My teeth werent really stained, but did need some brightening. It took awhile but I DO notice a difference! Brighter. Shinier. I find if i use it in the morning and during the day and night that my teeth get a little sensitive. So i use regular toothpaste/toothbrush during the day and then this stuff with my electric toothbrush at night. It is pricier than regular toothpaste, but totally worth it, still effective and lasts awhile since i only use it at night. Im on my third pack and never going back! Read more

Have used this product for a week, and there’s no doubt that my teeth are whiter!It takes a little more thought and effort than regular toothpaste, but the results are worth it to me!Ironically, I found out about this product from my son in law, who is a dentist.
