We have picky kids and they let us know when something doesn't taste good. We previously tried Colgate Kids, Tom's, and Babyganic brand toothpaste and we're met with fierce resistance each time. It was a horrible experience for all parties and got to the point we started missing brushings because they hated those toothpastes so badly.Then came along the Crest Kids toothpaste first offered by our kids' dentist and they love this stuff. No more fights or spitting toothpaste everywhere during brushings. They voluntarily brush with no resistance. It does suds up quite a bit so a little goes a long ways. Each tube will last the better part of several months so this three pack might last a year between three kids.I have no complaints about this toothpaste and neither do the kids. Even though I'm an adult Kid's Sparkle Crest is my favorite toothpaste. I am quite sensitive to strong smells and flavors, and I find most normal mint toothpastes to be way too strong. Using normal mint toothpaste makes my mouth feel like it's burning. Kid's Sparkle Crest has a much milder flavor. My LO is almost 4 and she’s been using non-fluoride toothpaste ever since she started brushing over 2 yrs ago. Well, those non-fluoride kid-safe toothpaste has proved to be too “tasty” that she’d eat them lol. I’m not sure if they taste as fruity as they smell but i figured she’s old enough to transition to a fluoride toothpaste. I really like that these are not too minty but minty enough that my child won’t eat it cuz it’s “spicy” lol. Not to mention these are super cost effective! I have a sensitivity to mint. Regular minty toothpastes not only make my mouth burn and feel irritated for about an hour after brushing, so much so that I used to dread brushing my teeth, but they also make drinking anything cool really hurt for about an hour after brushing. Didn't know they made toothpaste without mint. This tastes just like bubble gum and now I can brush without the pain and dread. Okay so I don’t know about actual flavor however THIS is the only toothpaste my children will use . We’ve used act , Colgate , some vitamin brand etc but nope they complain and will kick and Fight brushing their teeth but this one my kids beg to use . It’s a little weird actually but they love it ! I am an adult and I don't like mint flavored toothpaste - it makes my nose run. I specifically want fluoride so other "adult" non-mint options won't work for me. At the suggestion of my dentist, I tried Crest Kid's Cavity Protection Toothpaste. I love this toothpaste. It is very mildly bubblegum flavored with fluoride!
