These work great!! I did 4 treatments over 2 weeks and as you see there is quite a difference! I am impressed they do look noticeably white in just one hour they kind of do burn a little after a while but it really is not bad because it is so worth it after you take them off but it definitely is a process, you can also drink water with them on and they don't feel thick, the first pic was before I even started using the white strips and after photo is after all 4 treatments!! I wanted to whiten my teeth up before I get my braces on tomorrow I also use whitening toothpaste and mouth wash but of course I won’t once I have braces of course but it definitely works!!! Product is excellent but Crest made a mistake in putting these great strips on the clear plastic and then cutting the back plasticthe exact size as the strips. A person can’t take the whitening strips off. I have wasted my money because I have to throw it away unused. Crest regular whitening strips are not made that way, they come off easily.I am so surprised that other consumers of Crest 1 hour whitening strips haven’t complained about this important issue. I have used whitening strips in the past but forgot to get normal ones in time and was in a time crunch so I got these ones. I used them once. 30 minutes after taking them off I got this pain in my front teeth-think metal on a filling. I had no idea what it was since I had not eaten anything or had anything to drink. It would come in waves and lasted a few hours. A week later I used the strips again, followed the directions, and the pain happened again. I have never had sensitivity with whitening strips before and definitely nothing like that. They whitened pretty well, but not worth the pain in my opinion. Did not notice much change in whiteness; was disappointed. The strip is easy to put on, and they stayed on for the whole hour. While on, my teeth seemed to be white, I was pleased, but when removed the strip the whiteness disappeared; I guess the cleaning material gave the white appearance. Read more

I've been using the strips for several years now, I wouldn't use anything else. I recommend using the strips once a week for a few weeks, then once a month, then every other month. After using for a while a box of strips will last about a year. I highly recommend this product. The adhesive keeps the strips in place while they work. The cheaper strips do not stay in place. I’ve been using white strips for a long time, I do not follow the directions. My direction as I put one white strap on maybe every two weeks, I still get the same of fact and spend a lot less money. I would highly recommend this product to anybody who wants to whiten your teeth without spending a huge amount of money. Read more
