Oh my goodness do I love this stuff. After reading the comments about how light this concealer is, I had to try it. I'm cave-dweller levels of pasty so finding makeup that actually fits my complexion is nigh impossible. Obviously, there's someone at Covergirl that understand the plight of the translucent because this stuff is SO LIGHT. I love it. I love it so much I would dance around on a mountainside singing about it. I use this stuff on my face and on my wigs to cover the netting and it works well for both. This has been my go-to concealer for acne for about 15 years. They recently changed the formula and the shades. Now the medium is darker and more organy. Also the consistency is horrible, it's watery and doesn't blend in at all. This is my go to concealer, it's affordable, light but natural coverage, and good for extremely sensitive skin. Would highly recommend. It's got a light, creamy consistency, and is gentle to put on. If you are someone who needs more coverage, this concealer is not it. However, if you prefer more natural makeup with light coverage, and a non cakey formula this is for you. I have very sensitive, combination skin that is still prone to breakouts. I've always really struggled finding foundations, powders, and concealers that work for me. I'm super happy with this Covergirl concealer! It is perfect, especially for the under eye area. I would call it light to medium coverage. I don't think it would do great at concealing acne due to how it blends in with your skin, but it works well for general discoloration. I use brushes to do my makeup and it only take a few strokes and it is blended in!! I haven't had any breakouts with this either. It works great by itself or on top of foundation. I’m a full coverage matte kind of person so this doesn’t work for me as much as I expected. It's very liquidy watery type of product. Not a good coverage. I have to apply to apply multiple times to cover my dark circles. The color is nice, blends quickly and there is no terrible chemical fragrance in it, it feels clean. but still coverage is just awful. I won't recommend it. Read more

This concealer is very natural and blends into the skin beautifully. I recommend applying a few dots under the eyes with the applicator (and any other places where you need some coverage) and blend it out with a damp sponge. It is not heavy feeling and the wear time is decent. I recommend this concealer to anyone who is new to wearing makeup because it an easy, no-fuss product to apply. This used to be my go-to before I discovered other concealers I like more. This concealer provides light coverage, and that is the downfall to this concealer unless you don’t have much to cover. For whatever reason, Cover Girl decided to discontinue a very popular concealer, similar to this one in appearance. I had used that one for several years. This concealer is just an okay substitute. It was a good match for my skin. But it's a CONCEALER; why would I want it to be super sheer? It's supposed to conceal things. If you use it twice with a powder between to keep it from creasing, it gets cakey. So not enough coverage. Good enough to use as an under-makeup highlighter though. OK as an eyeshadow primer, which is mostly what I use it for anyway. But if you want to get an inexpensive concealer that works really well, go for Ulta's. Read more

I've used this concealer for years, however, since the package redesign it's been disappointing. It's kinda funny and doesn't have nice coverage. If this was the first tube I'd had like this, I might just think it was a fluke, but this is the third one (1 from walmart, 1 my daughter picked up, and the one I ordered here). This concealer is one of my absolute favourites. I have purchased it probably over 10 times. One con is that there is a TON of product left in the tube at the end that you can’t get unless you pry out the plastic stop at the top of the container. Other than that it’s lightweight, just enough coverage, and stays put all day with the help of a setting powder. Read more
