Love the color of this product. It is not drying at all and I do not need to reapply at all during the day. I don't like to reapply the topcoat as it makes my lips feel weird for some reason . I only apply after first application of the lipcolor. This does not come off when eating, drinking, kissing,etc until I remove it at night with a washcloth. The only time I notice it coming off a little bit is if I eat something that is oil based ans use a napkin. Can't really be reapplied to touch up as it will feel really heavy on your lips. The lipstick goes on nicely, and dries in about 1 minute. After completely drying with lips apart, add the gloss. This lipstick does not last. After a couple of hours, and not eating anything, this lipstick is all but gone. Read more

I have 3 colors of Outlast lipstick. This is the only one that does not last. It is a light pink color and shimmery, which I read in other reviews, but was still surprised how shiny my mouth became.
