I have used Covergirl Outlast for several years and hope they never change it. I tried a more expensive lip color with the same procedure (you put on the color, let dry, then add the lip gloss). But the expensive one I tried was not any better than Covergirl. I cannot use a regular lip stick because it just will not stay on at all. I ordered the clear gloss only. Ive owned it before and loved the moisturizing aspect. However, what was delivered to me was not an authentic product. A)The tube is different. The real CoverGirl product has a shorter top and longer tube. This one has a much longer too, leading me first to realize there is probably less product. B)the packaging doesnt match. The CoverGirl logo is in the right font, and the strip is black, not silver, like every other CG product ever. C) the product itself was clearer than the one i used to own, meaning theres less lotion, and more petroleum jelly.Check the pics, not an authentic product. But for the add-on price for $3, im not gonna waste my energy trying to return or fight it. So dissapointing. Read more

First off, I love this product. The color goes on beautifully, does not feather, is not sticky, and lasts almost all day.The color is matte (which I love) and the top coat is SUPER glossy (which I don’t love.)If Covergirl changed the top coat to a matte texture, this would be a ten star product. As for now, I use these colors and a cheap, clear chapstick as a top coat instead of Covergirl glossy top coat included.My skin is neutral (slightly cool) and 3 of 4 colors looked great on me. Natural blush, Wine to Five, and Ripe Peach all worked with my skin tone. Canyon looked orange on me, but will be a gorgeous neutral on warmer skin tones.Very nice product at a great price.Natural blush is my favorite and a perfect daily wear color for me.I hope this review was helpful to your shopping. I have been using Covergirl Outlast lip color for years, because it does what it says. I have never had any of it come off on anything from napkins to kissed babies to my hand.I read a reviewer who compared it to Lipsense, said it didn't work as well and that she got it to come off on her hand after application. If you try to smear it while it is still wet then of course some of it will come off. After it dries, 1-2 minutes after application, you can't get it to come off if you try. Unless you use something with petroleum or makeup remover in it.I put this on in the morning before work, then I eat, snack, brush my teeth and it is still there at the end of the day with no touch ups.It does dry your lips some, which is why they included the moisturizing topcoat in the package. It can be reapplied many times a day and doesn't affect the color. If you try to use something else, chapstick for example, the petroleum in it will break down the color and it will come off. So stick with the moisturizing topcoat.I highly recommend this lipstick. Read more

I do not have time to mess with reapplying lipstick all day long and also don’t like leaving lipstick marks everywhere. Covergirl Outlast lipcolors have solved this problem for me! Lipcolor evens out my lip color and lasts for a good 8-10 hrs only fading slightly (yet evenly) as the day wears on. The colors are good neutral shades, as well... I have at least 5 shades that are good on me depending on the look I want. I usually line outside with a slightly darker color for defined look and then immediately swipe a coordinating paler color on central lip, blending with my finger before it sets. This lipstick is amazing. I've tried several all day lipsticks recently (Maybeline Superstay 24 Hour, Revlon Colorstay Overtime, Jeffree Star) and none of them compare to this one. It goes on smooth, dries quickly and evenly, and lasts through pretty much anything including eating and drinking. I love the lip balm that goes over top. It's moisturizing without being too glossy and is great for refreshing the color. Still looks good as new after 8 hours! See my photo for a glimpse of Canyon. This lipstick is my new favorite! I wore Lip Ink for 20 years. I forgot my Lip Ink on a business trip and ran to the drugstore for a replacement. I bought Outlast and fell in love. It lasts as long as Lip Ink, but looks like a matte lipstick. It did wear off after 10 hours, but after playing around with it, I learned the trick: If you apply two coats, it can last over 24 hours I put on two coats at 7AM every day. When I get home from work nearly 12 hours later, it still looks freshly applied! I replaced my dark red Cosmo Red Lip Ink and 840 Scarlet. I replaced my everyday nude Sand Wood Lip Ink with 621 Natural. I replaced old school bright red Energy Red Lip Ink with 820 Red. It cost much less than Lip Ink and, with the convenience of Subscribe and Save, I don't even have to make a trip to the drugstore for it! Read more

Great moisturizing top coat. This is the newer Covergirl packaging. It is not a fake product. The duo with this same black colour band is available at Shoppers Drug Mart. The older version has the silver coloured band, and it states on the box it’s a moisturizing top coat. So both are identical (not knock off’s). Top coat works well with other all day lip stains or inks and also lip pencils. Keeps lips from drying out. Would definitely buy again as it will run out before the lip colour. Read more

Here’s the thing..you can only get half of it out of the tube so your paying thru the nose for half the product. Surely they can come up with a solution to fix that problem..ya think. So I’m slowly switching to other products getting as close to cover girls all day colours as I can..what a shame. Read more

Excelente producto, lo he usado antes en otros colores, es muy duradero por lo que no tienes que retocarlo constantemente, sino lo retiras con desmaquillante o lavando con algún limpiador puedes despertar al siguiente día con los labios aún pintados. Da la apariencia de tener muy poca cantidad de producto en el envase pero aún así dura un tiempo considerable. Lo que no me gusta como ya he descubierto en otros cosmeticos es el uso de parabenos sintéticos como conservantes que pueden ser dañinospara la salud, aunque regularmente se usan en muy bajas concentraciones no se recomienda su uso en mujeres embarazadas. I got blossom berry according to the picture colour. The product I received is nothing close to the picture shown. It looks more like naturalist. It's a deep dark purple brown. I hate it. It's garbage basically. I think product itself is ok but just can't buy according to the colour swatches here. Have to go to a store first and know what colour you want then go by name. I actually did donthis, but the colour I remembered choosing at store wasn't listed here. Read more
