This stuff is an answered prayer for me. It’s so embarrassing to be 28 and have thinning hair front and center. I can’t afford to pay what they want at ulta for similar products. This stuff works very well and is around 1/4 of what they want at ulta. Read more
I’m currently suffering from postpartum hair loss. I normally have thin hair anyway so I’m very self conscious about my scalp showing through a ton. I was originally going to buy the expensive Joan rivers one but couldn’t bite the bullet on it. This powder I’m sure does the same thing. One thing to note is I did end up tossing the brush it comes with and used an old dense makeup brush to apply. Read more
I found this product at my local Marshalls. I was happy to find it on Amazon. It works extremely well to cover up where you might have a thin spot on your head. I've tried a variety of this type of product in this is one of my favorites. When the hair starts showing Gray it doesn't cover up the gray hair but it will claim to the scalp really well Read more

I bought the brown/black combo to use on the thin hair at my temples. As others have said, the brush is trash. Even after I hammered the metal tighter around the brush hairs they still came out. I threw it away and used a short eye shadow brush. The fill-in powder does NOT cover grays but it does color the scalp. The powder color is a little sheer so you have to put on a couple of applications if you want the color to be dark. But that's not a bad thing. It allows for greater color control. The powder doesn't separate or leave spots on my scalp like the shake on fibers do. It blends easily and wipes off easily - unlike the shake on fibers that don't blend and are difficult to clean off. Because the fill-in powder blends easily, any harsh edges from applying it can be smoothed away with a tissue or your finger. I gave this 4 stars because it does not cover gray. Otherwise, it is an okay product and serves the purpose inexpensively. Read more
I struggle with trichotillomania and created a bald spot along with, basically, a new hairline on my scalp from getting frustrated with flyaways...this product covers up the bald spot and disguises the poor hairline nicely! I haven't opened or used the brush it comes it simply because if the reviews were enough to convince me not to. BUT I use the brush from the E.l.f. eyebrow blend palette and it works beautifully. Not so good for gray coverage. It might work for thinning hair, but I just wanted to cover my gray roots between coloring. It was average at best at doing this. A friend gave me a more expensive brand (Madison Reed), and it was much better. Read more
Excellent powder for the coverage. I now no longer have to worry when walking under a bright light. It is easy to apply and it stays on until I wash my hair. It is also easy to travel with because the compact and the brush is quite small. One more thing, I was itching with another similar product, but I am perfectly fine with this one. Tried this brand to get a feel for hair powder before spending more. I have a bit of thinning hair around my hairline that's blonde, while the rest of my hair and roots are medium brown. The darker colour from the palette was way too dark and had a red/orange sort of tint to it, so it looks unatural on me. The powder isn't very blendable with the lighter colour either, the dark overpowers it. Also the brush it comes with, the bristles started falling out immediately after one use!I'll be buying another brand that has more colour selections for sure, so I can better match my roots.
