I use this when biking and riding lifts at ski resorts during the summers. Coppertone used to offer this in stick form which I wish they would bring back because it was easier to keep in a pocket. This flat mini deodorant-style stick is about twice as big as the stick but certainly still better than keeping a whole bottle of sunscreen on you. Another benefit is if it gets crushed, you don't end up with a pocket full of liquid sunscreen.As long as you keep applying it frequently (80 minutes is way too long.. try 40/45) it does the job. I get freckles and hyper pigmentation on my face if I am not extremely careful. Most sunscreens don’t stay on well enough and I end up with issues even after coating my face. This is the best facial sunscreen I have found. It goes on clear and smooth, stays on great, and it WORKS! The smell isn’t bad either and it doesn’t break me out (though I do wash it off as soon as I’m out of the sun). This is a tip I learned because whatever sunscreen I use on my face ends up stinging my eyes. If I use a good solid sunscreen and apply it around my eyes with a fingertip, it protects my eyes without bleeding into my eyes, and makes a barrier against any other lotions I use ending up in my eyes. Super convenient for air travel and it really works. Used a dab each on my husband's moles on his back and those spots looked completely untouched by the sun vs the sunburn on the rest of his back. The deodorant type container is very nice for applying but even if you wanna rub in more, it's a vaseline like texture that we didn't mind on our fingers, easy to rub in. Read more

I live in Florida and boat a lot so I'm always outside and in the water. I went the Florida Keys lobstering and someone with us had this product. We were in the water all day face down and since the product is thick you know your still getting coverage. My face could still breath through the product and I knew it was still on when I touched my face and could feel it. Its my new favorite face SPF coverage. I used to use 70+ lotion on my face but I felt like after I sweat and wipe my face it was totally gone after a 1/2 hour. I wish it came in a higher SPF. I really love this stick for my face. Because of its gel, or vaseline like product, it does not run into your eyes.
