My doctor recommended this product and I think it does make my eyes feel more relaxed. My biggest objection is that these supplements contain FD&C Blue #1. dye which is definitely not healthy. When I called the company and asked why they used this dye, they said it was to make the capsules more attractive! I will not order them again until they discontinue use of this unnecessary/toxic dye. Read more
