These are fake brushes. The head is too large and the bristles fall out. There are plastic strings coming from the head of the brush that fell out while I was brushing my teeth. Scary to have plastic pieces coming out into your mouth.I have purchased Colgate brushes from regular stores before and have never experienced anything like this. My husband and I needed new toothbrushes so I purchased these. My husband commented on how much he likes the new toothbrush compared to the old (without me asking if he likes them- he must be in love with this toothbrush).What makes this an awesome set of brushes: the bristles are medium stiffness, Goldilocks would have picked this one. Also, the handle and tongue scrubber has a gel feel. I love picking this up in the morning and giving it a squeeze. To start,.the amount of toothbrushes for your money is a decent value. They are pretty durable and comfortable to hold. That being said, they are pretty firm. So much so that they almost feel hard and scratchy against your teeth and gums. They soften a bit after several uses, but not much. It you like very firm brushes, this is great. But if you have sensitive gums or teeth, I would steer clear of these! Read more

Do not use. Buy the SOFT model offered by Colgate. Do not use Medium on your delicate enamel covered teeth. SOFT is the ONLY brush stiffness to apply to either yours or my teeth. I bought these mediums by mistake. They will be repurposed as small parts cleaning tools. Medium will do that job just fine. But when it comes to soft teeth, please be gentle. Just ask your dental hygienist. He or she will be more than happy to explain the tooth anatomy to you at no charge. Also, stay away from abrasive toothpaste of any kind. I like the medium bristle strength because it cleans better than soft and it doesn't hurt my gums like the high does. The tongue scrubber on the back does a great job. The rubber grip on the handle and the contoured frame are perfect for getting to hard to reach places like the sides of my back teeth. Read more

I dont have sensitive teeth or gums but these brushes are horrible. The rubber circles in the bristles feel and sound horrible when theyre scraping against your teeth. In general they feel horrible to use. I wont buy these again, I may use up the rest that are in the package for cleaning around the house haha Read more

The product arrived on time and the design and colours were great. I was happy and ready to try it and then found that the toothbrush bristles are way too firm that can easily damage your gums with even a light brushing stroke but I love its tongue cleaner. Overall, it would have been an amazing product if its bristles were less harsh. Second purchase, first review. I find soft toothbrushes work for me fine, but my partner goes super hard while brushing his teeth even tho I do not recommend, but these brushes are durable enough for him. He used to really mess up the soft toothbrushes that I was getting for the same price. People are complaining that it may be pricey, but 2.25 per toothbrush is perfect and if anything saves you money for some of the toothbrushes out there sold individually. You can buy other lines/brands of toothbrushes for half the price but I do like these 360's, they have way more bristles than the other lines. That said, because of all the bristles they are stiffer than others, so these "medium" stiffness 360's seem to me like hard equivalents of cheaper toothbrushes. Not a deal breaker, still loving these, but next order I think I'll go for the soft 360's. Read more
