The item arrived in perfect condition, it came with a clear plastic protective sheet overtop of the eyeshadow as well as on the mirror.The shadows are overall very cute and although it was in the description, my product did not arrive with an authenticity sticker. The color's nice but it was NOT packed well at all.Arrived broken on one of the colors.The broken one has glitters so it is scattered all over the palette and also got on other colors.Disappointed.[Update after item exchange]Requested for an exchange and have just received the new one.This time, it is even more broken. These are the best eyeshadow palettes I've come across and at a reasonable price (without compromise on quality at all!). I hate the mark up from companies like Urban Decay and these just surpass those in quality. Korean make-up trends tend to go towards "nude" tones and colors and these palettes are exactly what I was looking for -gorgeous colors on the nude spectrum. Excellent color vibrancy, especially for very pale skin tones (I'm sure for dark skin tones as well, the coverage would be just as good!), without looking garrish or unnatural. WOW! Awesome formula, the glitters are so sheer and pearlescent (not like chunky glitter). And all the shadows are pigmented and easy to blend. Ordered Simply Pink, Brown choux, and Into Lace (still waiting for it to arrive) and I am in LOOOVE.Thankfully Simply pink is a little more muted in person compared to the photo online which is preferred. I was concerned it might be too pink but it's actually pretty natural tones.Brown Choux is delicious and warm without being too orangey, or too red thought they do have those undertones. It's very balanced.This makes me want to give up on western brand makeup to be honest. I've tried morphe, natasha denona, etc but I feel like I love this formula the most. I would say this formula is similar to Huda Beauty's Gold Obsessions or The New Nude. 8 love how creamy and blendable the shades are.I also appreciate the efficient packaging and clear top so you can see the shades. There's a mini mirror if you really need it, enough to see what you're doing. I am not becoming a CLIO fan. It's my 1st time trying out their products. Great color payoff. I've only used one color on the palette so far on my lids but so far it has a great color payoff. I've worn it without eye primer and used the brush it came with for application and there were no creasing for the 3 hours duration I had it on. Normally with other palettes (Lorac, Urban Decay, Tarte) I would need to put eye primer to prevent creasing and get the true color pay off from the palette itself. I like the consistency when I swatched the colors on my arm. It's like velvet/powder. Little no to fall outs. So far I prefer the Korean brands eye shadow compared to the other American brand palettes I have. Read more

It was recommended by some famous makeup bloggers who claimed it could be a replacement of NUDE and that is why I bought it. However, the quality is not so good.1. It was not compacted well, I took two pictures, it may hard to see. But there IS a hole at the biggest shinning shadow. Since I opened it, it DROPPED!2. There is no such obvious different among the other shining shadows. You may see the different colour from the product’ picture or my picture. BUT there are the same when you apply them in your face.3. As the base shadows, only those on the right side can be seen on your face. What’s more, they are all hard to be blended well.I am not sure this happened to others too, but hope my comments will give some advices. Read more
