This is my go-to product to remove my eye makeup. I decided to order this based on convenience, rather than going to Sephora, Ulta, etc. The inside of the package was soaking wet, even though the bottle itself was wrapped in a clear, sealed plastic bag. It had leaked so much product it soaked through that!?? So much of the contents was lost and it was definitely not worth me keeping it. I also want to note that as I was taking the bottle out of the package, my hand was soaked in the liquid. I washed my hands and noticed that they were EXTREMELY ashy/dry after a little while. This product is supposed to be take the day off make up remover sold by Clinique. Instead I received a reused bottle filled with some strange substance that had a large soapy looking clump in the middle. Thank goodness I am familiar with this product and didn’t use it in my eyes. I have bought this remover twice at the Clinique counter in dept. stores and then I saw it on Amazon for less $$ so I ordered one. It came looking like water and oil mixed together in a bottle. Almost like oil & vinegar dressing but totally clear like the original one I get a Clinique. Look closely at the liquid. This is not the same as the products purchased at Macy's. The bottle also seems to be in a used condition not brand new. When the item I purchased came I can see the oil on the bottom and half water sitting on top. The Macy's Clinique products do not have the same half way mark. I've used Clinique products for many years and I know the difference. Luckily I was able to get a refund for this and purchase from Macys to show you the difference. Read more
