These were a godsend while hiking with my husband in Arizona. We aren’t hikers, we are categorically skinny fat, with no real muscle mass so we kept these in our water packs and ate them whenever we were feeling/showing signs of sluggishness or at the end of a hike. They kept our energy and stamina up throughout the extended weekend. These along with Liquid IV were how we managed the whole trip! Read more

Since I can't have much coffee before races, I like to stave off my caffeine addiction with these little rascals before a race. I think you have to be careful on how many you take before a race and they would likely require a stronger stomach to take them during a race. Read more
