Being that these are softgels they are larger pills but very easy to swallow. I love that the ingredients are all natural. These have given me more energy which has been wonderful. This is a great daily supplement and I highly recommend to those looking for one and need an energy boost. The price is also very good and not expensive which is great for those that budget. I have been taking this fish oil for a little over a month and am very pleased with the brand. In the past when I’ve taken fish oil, the pills have a smell or acrid taste to them. That is not the case with these- they don’t smell at all and have no taste. The price point is fair and the packaging is really nice. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for an omega 3 boost, especially if the smell or taste has been a deterrent in the past. Read more

Overall I was very happy with these fish oil supplements. I felt the pills were on the larger side however I had no issues swallowing them. The supplements did not taste particularly fishy, in fact there was hardly any taste whatsoever. The ingredients are simple and straight forward, no hidden additives. I very much enjoy this. The only downside is that it is an actual horse pill that you have to take but it is only one A-day and this has a lot more benefits for a significantly better price.
