I am LEGIT kicking myself in the face for not buying this sooner!My wax lady uses this and i'd been curious if i could just buy it and do the major parts myself (legs/arms/belly) to save myself some $ since I have to go so friggen often.I only bought it because due to COVD-19 I can't go get waxed... and I'm legit as hairy as a very hairy dude (thanks genetics...-________-)So last night I tried it... and HOLY WOW... It is SUPER easy and clean! There are still some hairs left and there was a little bit of a learning curve but once i started getting the hang of it and used to odd quirks, and getting a good rhythm down it was really simple.I also felt it was less painful than having someone else do it... maybe it was because my brain was ready for the "pain" but I have a high tolerance for waxing pain...IF you are Thinking of buying this and are, like me, not a wax professional do these things be prepared and willing to take these steps:1. Study some youtube video's on how to wax yourself and read all of the instructions that came in the box.There are some basic waxing rules and how to's you just gotta know before doing ANY kind of waxing!!!here are a few basics:-make sure wax is appropriate temp!(on this item i put it on medium, the bottles were hot to the touch but were perfect temp on skin! DO NOT let it be TOO COOL or too HOT!)-use baby powder before waxing-do small sections!-roll wax on in direction of hair growth-pull skin tight/hold waxing strip close to wax-pull fast-pull in opposite direction of hair growth2. DON'T expect perfection the first time! You're going to have to do some learning to get the hang of it.3.GAGUE YOUR PAIN TOLERANCE before you buy! If you can't handle pain you MIGHT be waisting your $ but tbh this was pretty painless for me.4. Do not expect to be able to great bikini line work with this. Use hard Wax ok!!!!!That's All! Box was mangled when it was delivered, and the body of the unit was broken and something was rattling inside the unit. Contacted the seller and was provided a return label. I returned it and was shipped a new one quickly. The system works good. It came with a instructional dvd, Which really helped. The wax warms up nice and I haven't had any skin irritations other than a small learning curve of how hot /warm I can handle it. The applicators work really well and the wax goes on smooth and even. The only downside is the cleaning of the applicator heads.... takes forever... but since this is for my own personal use I have stopped cleaning after each use. I'm still on my initial bottles of wax. I would definitely recommend this product. Read more

This is my 2nd purchase of the Clean and Easy Waxer. The previous one lasted 7 yrs and just wasn’t staying hot. So for the price I guess 7 yrs is okay. This waxer is easy to use and since the wax is contained in roll on form it is clean to use-not a sticky mess The kit comes with everything you need to get started and refills have been readily available to purchase on Amazon. Wax Product is like crazy glue. It’s all chemical based. Any left over wax is like glue on your skin. It does not come off. I made the mistake to use soap and water to get off when I panicked and it made it worse. The product is a nightmare. Even the oil the provide doesn’t work on the wax. The wax is basically glue. Do yourself a favor and go for the natural stuff. Don’t waste your money on this. Read more

I am an esthetician and I have used this waxing spa for over 7 years in the spa where I work and I love it. Was so excited to get my own and then it came broken. Packaging was fine, but inside the spa was broken and bent by the switch and the wax itself was not in packaging so the lids came off (it wasn't hot enough to melt thank goodness). The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this on Amazon because I am sick and in need to wax asap, I got this new but the problems isn't, I sell stuff online too and I know how new stuff should look and sorry buy not the case, second problem the caps and the wax when I put them together they dont stay correctly as you see in the video.Third , the delivery guy came after 10 and he/she placed the box not at the front porch or door , nope , it was placed on my driveway, one off the box was wet.
