This is NOT the same fragrance as the original Liz Claiborne. I have been wearing it for many years. I know what it smells like. This smells more like a men's aftershave than the original fragrance. I know it has been discontinued by the original manufacturer but I was hoping to get one of the last original bottles out there. I did not. I compared it to a (previously) unopened original bottle. Except for the topnote, it isn't even close. Haven't checked yet to see if it is returnable, but if it is, back it goes. Amazon, you need to get this off "Amazon's Choice." It isn't even close. I was surprised by the low price of this, but ordered anyway as it’s hard to find the non-plastic-encased bottles of Claiborne in my area, and this offering was the only one on Amazon that got Prime shipping. When I opened the box, I noticed there was no hang tag and that the perfume looked dark. Then I sprayed it, and while it smelled somewhat like the fragrance I’ve been wearing for decades, there was an overlay of something awful. Seems like this is a counterfeit. I have used liz Claiborne eau de tolette stray for many years and have never had a problem with it until i bought these 2 bottles from this supplier. The scent was awful it was like nothing i have ever smelled and it wasn't just one bottle it was both. I would never buy it from this supplier again. It was awful. Read more

This perfume is not the fragrance of Liz Clairborne. I have worn the fragrance for several years. This one smells bad.Also the sprayer does not work. I know it is pass the window to return it. I bought a bottle from a real perfume retailer, for a rather spendy price. So when I saw this listing, I bought 2 without hesitating. I only looked at the reviews after I already purchased them, like a derp. Both bottles smell gorgeous!!! The first bottle is a perfect copy. The second bottle was a little off, but it was still very beautiful and obviously Clairborne, that batch was just a little strong. Yeah it is obviously not officially made and from Liz Clairborne, but these guys do a great job mixing those "fragrance juices" and duplicating the recipe. [Seriously, look at the ingredient list. Was suspect of this fragrance cause of the bottle....not sure if they changed the packaging during the production of this scent. I LOVE Liz Claiborne scents. This scent is fairly close to the original scent. It's hard to know if this is the genuine perfume but it's a pretty good knock-off if it isn't. But for the price, it's a great value. I would wear the scent, but since the scent is a tad off I would not spray it widespread, but rather sparingly in order to test the scent's longevity & smell. Not worth returning for the price. Amazon claimed on one of their scents I purchased (can't remember if it's this one or another one I bought) that it's the genuine article.....I don't know about that, but I will wear it, but maybe not buy it again. Buy at your own risk! If you value the REAL deal (like I do)...I would purchase accordingly....w/the understanding that the scent may be off, but the value is a steal. I bought this knowing it was probably a copy having read the previous reviews. I have had the original in the past and in fact still have some so it was easy to make a comparison. For the price it's okay, the scent is lovely and appears very close to the real thing. I found it does not seem to have the same staying power and fades much quicker. The bottle itself is also a cheaper version of the original. It's an okay product, but I think it should be marketed as a Liz Claiborne-type perfume, not a genuine product. Read more
