So my doctor recommended that I take Chromium Picolinate to help with my blood sugar so I had another brand that I was taking and it was fine. I thought my other pills were 400mg but I had to take pills twice per day so I thought oh 800mg means I only take them once. Boy did I make a mistake! Turns out my other pills were 200mg so I had only been taking 400mg per day but these were 800mg. After I started taking them I experienced dizziness, terrible stomach aches with diarrhea, and insomnia. It was scary. Once I realized my mistake I stopped immediately and all symptoms went away.
