The hamper looks exactly as it does in the picture and feels really nice, sturdy, good quality. I bought it because of the unique shape and size. I can tuck it away in the slim space left in my closet but it is still big enough to hold a good amount of clothes. The downside is I wish the velcro straps that secure the poles were bigger, or that the poles that hold up the basket were inserted through belt loops. One of the poles wouldn't stay in place. It still stands up but it was a bit frustrating. HOWEVER, the company sent me replacement poles right away free of charge!! THANK YOU! I needed a new smaller hamper for my closet as my old one just took up way too much room. After some Amazon scouting, I found this one! When it got here, it did have a slightly odd smell (not bad, just odd!) but it has aired out some and gotten much better. There weren’t any instructions on how to put the posts in, but a short search of the hamper found the spot they were supposed to go in.
