So I’ve been purchasing this for the winter season and have been very happy with it. This last time it came I noticed a brown film on the top. I know natural herby supplements may have this build up so I was almost ready to disregard the issue but then when I wiped my finger on a napkin it literally wiped off with the texture and feel of an acrylic paint or pasty mud. It’s not like anything I’ve ever noticed on this product or any other herbal supplement. My biggest concern was that after trying to call the company 4 times during the course of a week and leaving voicemails to ask about this, NO ONE called me back. And that for me is a huge red flag.
