The Chicco UltraSoft Magic Air Infant Carrier is a 2-in-1 carrier that lets smaller babies face in towards mom/dad and lets older babies face out to explore. Soft mini-vented lining, adjustable side straps, and mesh side panels work together to deliver a comfortable ride for baby. Padded parent shoulder straps, bi-directional side straps, and lumbar support all adjust to accommodate mom or dad. Plus, the shoulder pads and lumbar are lined with breathable 3D AirMesh fabric to help promote airflow for more comfortable outings. A unique cuddle pocket helps create an added sense of closeness. I like Chicco’s baby product that’s why I wanna try this carrier.2 Stars because this carrier is very well made and sturdy but I don’t understand why it’s for newborn. Let me explain why I decided to return it after 20 minutes trial.The pillow and my chest is so much space even when I tighten both sides maximum. When I put my baby in there, her head bounced around when I walk if I didn’t put my hands around her. Obviously, that’s bad for young infant.I thought it maybe better if for older baby, then I try to carry her around the house, after 20 minutes, my back starts to hurt! She is only 2 months old and 13lbs...how can you carry any older baby in this carrier?!Last thing, this carrier doesn’t have much to adjust, my baby is sitting pretty low on my chest (I can’t even kiss her forehead) and when I sit down, her feet are touching my tights and don’t have any room to relax. She has to bend her little feet like a frog...not comfortable for both of us.Sorry, this carrier is not for us. Read more

I’ve never purchased anything used - like new from Amazon. But I saw this deal and wanted to try. I was very surprised to find what looked like milk spilled all over the straps. Otherwise, it seems ok, but I have to see if it works properly. I would think since they took the time to put the little second chance sticker on it, they would of looked it over and cleaned it up.
