This is my absolute favorite conditioner. I have worked in a salon before and hate paying those prices. I have very damaged hair from dying it and this is the only thing that saves it. I also use it once a month as a deep conditioning treatment and just leave it in wet hair for thirty minutes before washing. It’s the only product that works for my damaged hair. I use it with the CHI Keratin K-trix thermal protectant and can flat iron and blow dry my hair without being worried about damaging it more. I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but this products was terrible. If you bleach your hair you need to stay away from this product! Try the Redken Extreme Bleach Recovery system instead.I used this CHI products twice and my hair felt like straw! It zapped my hair of shine, moment, and softness. Stay away from this products. Was recommended to try this out by a beautician. She informed me it would help strengthen my hair. The smell is nice but I habe yet to see any improvement on my hair. I use quite a bit in my hair because when I use the normal amount it doesn't feel like enough. Not really impressed. Read more

This may be the grossest condition I’ve ever used. I have thick hair and do a lot to try and protect/combat from heat so I decided to try this and it was a horrible decision. This junk leaves your hair feeling heavy, tacky and DRY. I use a lot of keratin products and nothing has left my hair feeling so disgusting. Also, the bottle came broken. Read more
