I took a chance and ordered this shampoo. My hair is dry, thin and mostly straight. I like how it feels and looks after using this shampoo. The scent is not offensive in any way - kind of a clean fragrance and very mild. I was more concerned about it making my hair dry or frizzy and that did NOT happen. I will buy this again. I bought this shampoo after I found out about the DMDM ingredient making everyone’s hair fall out in almost all the drugstore shampoos. I like it but I HAVE to wash my hair everyday with this stuff. It gets oily faster when I use it but I guess that’s the point since the others are drying and strip your natural oils. Read more

Luxurious shampoo at a great price...hooray Amazon!!!We knocked one star because a shampoo bottle over 16 oz really should have a pump. That makes it easier for everyone in the family to use, including seniors like my grandma who find it difficult to hold a large, slippery 32 oz bottle. I’m not a huge fan of the scent but it’s definitely a unisex smell so my husband can use it too. Love the shampoo though! I’ve used this product before and am pretty sure that it’s the real deal, contrary to what another reviewer claimed.
