I couldn't figure out despite brushing, flossing, gargling what was I doing wrong? My breath would not stay fresh. I would chew gum, mints, drink more water. I was brushing and rinsing and flossing even at work duing the day, after snacks, after meals, first thing in the morning, last thing before bed and I could not figure out why my breath did not stay fresh. Good for your oral health!I take pretty good care of my teeth and gum. However, during and post menopause, I have experienced a series of issues, which were very frustrating. One of the issues was that I could no longer eat and drink citrus fruits and drinks as my teeth felt highly sensitive. The other issue, which was a bigger problem was a gum loss. This was highly alarming because I have been taking good care of my gum and teeth. My dentist told me that my these were not reversal as I age. I've been using this oral probiotic for 8 months now as I wanted to be sure I really gave it time to work before rating it or giving up on it. I was half expecting for it to not work, but I'm really happy with the changes I've seen. My gums no longer feel tender like they did during my first cleaning in 7 years back in July, and my most recent cleaning in January went very well - minimal bleeding with the cleaning. I can finally brush vigorously and multiple times a day without my gums getting sore. I also rarely get that post-food white coating on my tongue or that fuzzy coating on my teeth that used to ALWAYS be there and would only go away by brushing. Now I wake up with my teeth feeling nice and smooth and my tongue looking nice and clean. I just purchased my second bottle, I am so happy with these! I have my tonsils which have given me problems for YEARS - sinusitis, tonsillitis, strep throat, post nasal drip, bad breath, etc etc!I began with two at night an one in the morning for a week and then decreases to one at night and one in mid day. Always after flossing and brushing.I noticed a dramatic difference in the taste of my mouth through out the day, and in my breath. My boyfriend has noticed too! I can’t wait to go back to the dentist and see if they say anything, because I know I can tell a difference!A lot of reviews are complaining about the taste, but if you don’t mind a “spearmint” “sweet mint” flavor - you’ll be fine.Also many reviews complain of nausea and stomach upset, and if you look up one of the compounding ingredients “isomant” it is a sugar alcohol (the bulk of this tablet is this) and like any sugar alcohol it can cause gastric upset in some people (especially those that have underlying gut microbiome problems).They use this substance because it it has no impact on blood sugar levels and is proven to NOT promote tooth decay like other sugar alcohols.My only concern is that I will need this forever - the reason we take probiotics is to promote a good microbiome that your body can maintain itself - so after my second round I’m going to take a break and see what happens. I noticed that I had a problem with bad breath for a while and it got increasingly worse over the years. I just couldn't work out whether it was a gut issue or gum issue. Wearing a mask made it even more noticeable and when my son (whose only 5yrs old) started turning up his nose or making comments like 'what's that awful smell'...I knew I needed to sort it out. Bought to help protect teeth but found that its amazing for dry mouth, especially because I use herb medicinally. The relief from dry mouth is long lasting. They also help sore throats and minor tummy aches. They make me feel much healthier, I also feel the effects stronger than capsule probiotics. It was an investment but for my health I decided to try it and am now ordering my second bottle, its definitely worth the price to me for the benefits it gives me but it would be great if they made it cheaper so it was more accessible to everyone. I purchased this supplement as I have had several issue with tooth decay growing up and also bleeding and sensitive gums as well as sensitive teeth. After taking this product regularly I actually felt that there was a noticable difference to my gums in that they just looks heathier, stopped bleeding but also I've not had any issues with teeth for a while now, other than one repair of an already existing filling.
