I have to say I went back and forth in my decision to try this particular ginseng. I researched different brands, different strengths etc. I read every comment, complaint and statement from amazon and other companies. The 6 year red ginseng in this strength was what I decided on. I ordered this a a couple weeks ago and have taken one packet every morning and it took about a week or so to notice a difference in my fatigue level and overall health. I have even slept better the last couple nights. I’m going on 70 and I was told it’s normal to feel so tired and fatigued at my age. BS. I talked to different doctors and almost every one said it’s safe and to try it and wished me luck. I’m so happy I gave it a chance. When I bought this product I wasn't sure about the taste at first but it's not as bad as I thought . I like it cold so I put it in the fridge. I drink it once a day early in the morning since my work start at 4 am. I usually drink coffee when I drive to work to keep me alert but instead I drink korean red ginseng and give me energy and usually I am having this body ache all over during work but now is getting better. I just finish the whole month supplies and I am about to order another one. Aside from the beautiful packaging, this is a great little pick-me-up when you don't want to commit to a coffee or deal with the negative effects of caffeine. There's not much in each pouch, but that little bit seems quite effective. Just a little while ago I was feeling tired and heavy and seriously considered napping it off. I grabbed one of these instead, and soon after genuinely felt more energized and alert. It's not the same kind of buzzing, frantic energy that coffee tends to give me.
