I've been using Centrum for years, and have tried several of their other formulations, but keep coming back to this one. Vitamin supplements are one of those things where you can't prove that they work: would you have been healthy anyway, because you eat balanced meals and exercise? Or did the vitamins make the difference? For many years, I refused to take vitamins at all, thinking there was enough enrichment in American foods to make them unnecessary. But my personal experience has been that I feel better when I take them. Since I've been steadily getting older, and it's unlikely that I'm getting healthier, I attribute the difference to the vitamins. The only thing to note: these contain plenty of D3, and if you already take D3 supplements, you may want to ask your doctor if you're overdoing things. Read more

I have been taking a ‘generic’ brand of women’s one-daily for about a year now and there is a difference between my knock-off brand and this Centrum. Though I may not ‘feel’ it, the proof is in the labels.If you look at my photos of the labels, you can see the Centrum offers more. You often will have what you pay for, and in this instance I paid about $19 for 250 tablets of Centrum; the generic brand was about $17 for 365 tablets. That little bit of difference in money/amount is worth it to receive more vitamins and minerals in my one tablet.With the knockoff brand, I had to supplement some of the missing vitamins/minerals so in the long run they ended up costing me more.This Centrum has everything I require.I am not interested in the 2 free months of obe’ Fitness but if you are, this Centrum daily offers that.I tolerate Centrum very well, and do trust the brand.I’ll be adding this to my Essentials list on Amazon.
