I’ve been taking the regular size for years but the problem is...they upset my stomach, so I have to break them in half. Then, it’s very hard to swallow them because of the sharp edges. It’s a real problem, or at least it was. With these, I can take one in the morning, then one in the evening; then I’m set! My husband has swallow a sues after a severe traumatic brain injury so the traditional “horse pill” vitamins were a no go. He even chokes on water so when I saw these smaller vitamins I knew I had to get them. The enteric coating is also a plus as they don’t begin to dissolve in his mouth or throat. Uncle acted pills cause him to choke more easily. Yes, he has to take two of these but when it’s one pill that he’ll choke on or two that he won’t, it’s not a problem in my mind. Read more
