Read more Worth it! Was soooo happy with this. The colors were so easy to use and blend. There’s a coral in the palette but no orange which I was a little worried about for my look. However, I easily mixed yellow and red to create an orange that I wanted. Make sure to set the cream paint with a powder so I doesn’t slide around. Consistency of product is smooth and creamy. Wipes off well with a few moist makeup remover wipes Spreads like BUTTER! I was so happy about ordering this because I have seen so many people using this. Since this is a grease paint, you need to set this so that wont move around as much. This is nothing like water activated. By this, I mean that this does not dry to the touch. You must set it and even then it will move. The reason why I left a 3 for the removal is because this is grease paint and it can be a B**** to remove. You need to break this down before you wipe it away. Other than that, I love how vibrant these paints are. The coverage is DOPE!!!! Great product. Dont forget to use setting powder Easy to use. I have never used body paint before, but I bought this and wasn’t disappointed. A little goes a very long way. Colors are vibrant. Brushes are nice. Scent-free. You’ll need setting powder. I need to buy some and haven’t used setting powder with it yet, but read in comments that it’ll keep the paint from coming off or smudging. Both times I applied it never dried at all without setting powder. But, it still stayed on nicely for 12+ hours of quarantine virtual raving! I recommend this product. Arrived in less than a day. I bought this to use for graphic eyeliner and makeup so that’s what’s I’m reviewing it on. The colors are nice and it activates with water. Some of the colors are misleading but you can always mix them. To remove it from your face try a micellar water or a cleansing oil/ balm( the cleansing balm works the best for me). The brushes it comes with (not pictured but it came with them) are nice and nothing fancy. And to remove the paint from the brushes you have to use an oil, not water, water won’t work. First things first: I had no issues removing this face paint with micellar water. If you buy this, get that too! I am new to cosplay, new to applying grease paint.Pros: applied well, mixes well both on face and on brush. Great color selection on pallete.Cons: fades quick, especially the light purple. Never really dried. I tried a setting powder (Ben Nye) , a setting spray (Maybelline) and both. The paint came off on my shadow brush after a setting powder application and about 10mins of dry time, so shading and highlights over my base color was a big fail. The brushes that came with the kit are a pack of regular paint brushes and they shed bristles into my paint. The paint did really well when applied via sponge. It still faded after a couple of hours in the sun.Overall: being a noob to this, I think I will continue to use this so I can practice. I expected better coverage and staying power based on so many reviews that mentioned it being hard to remove. It is a good beginner pallete, I guess. Read more

Beware: if you’re looking for face paint, this is not your typical water activated paint. It is oil paint, which performs more like cream makeup. You just load up your brush dry and apply. The color looks bright and vibrant, but my issue is that it doesn’t dry like water activated paint. It will absolutely smudge unless you use a really good setting powder. I bought this set to do face paint for my friends at Pride this year. Unfortunately, this won’t really work for that because of the drying issue. Definitely not the kind of paint you want to use for little kids face paint. It’s too “professional” It took sooo long to remove the face paint but finally after 3 different face wipes & makeup removers & many tears, we got it off. The brushes are awful so if you want to use this pro paint, plan on purchasing better brushes. Read more
Got this for my upcoming Halloween costume. Came very quickly which I liked. Was a bit greasier than I anticipated but it was okay! This was the first thing I’ve ever painted on my face so I’m sorry if it’s bad but I liked the way the colors blended. However, this caused it to take FOREVER TO DRY. Also many colors are VERY sheer and hard to see on the skin, namely the black, gold and silver. There is a photo of all the colors swatched do you can see. Omg I don’t think this face paint ever dries.. and it does fully remove with soap and water. I scrub at least 5x’s still had paint on hands especially red:/Beautiful color though. Read more
