I bought this because my husband went through a life-threatening situation. In the medical realm who shouldn't be here right now. When he was discharged he came with a nephrostomy tube in his (L) kidney. We needed something that could hold the bag attached to the tube so that the tube didn't get pulled at any point. That would have been bad if the tube was snagged at any point in time. I ordered this and I'm glad I did it came in handy. if you have a semi-permanent leg bag. cleanliness is paramount to avoid bacteria transfer - The bulky and hard to wash outer bag is an hindrance - Just a pair of jockeys and two leg straps will do the job. Read more

No privacy here. The bag is about 10" tall, but you have to deduct the seam at the bottom and the curved opening at the top. The urine bag valves take up even more length unless you fold the bag nearly in half to hide it entirely. I like the belt with the buckles, but the bag itself it totally unsatisfactory. Read more
