This magnesium is about as good as it gets, it’s the best value for the money. I like the fact that it does not have magnesium oxide, it’s pure elemental magnesium, very absorbable. with a dose of 400mg per dose. It’s easy on your stomach as well, and does not have you running to the washroom. I’m not a fan of the taste, but that’s just me. It’s definitely worth purchasing. Read more
