I gave this a 3 star due to the energy it gave me but the headaches, heart palpitations, flutters and acid reflux that came with this didn't help me out. I returned this product for a full refund. It took a few weeks for the pills to start taking effect. But when they did, what a difference. I started using this product during the pandemic and I swear it has helped me move through my anxiety and stress very well. I am one month in, and understand it takes a little longer to get the full effect, so my rating may change from 4 to 5 stars.So far these have helped significantly with fluid retention, nausea, abdominal pain, low energy levels, ungodly constant sugar cravings, anxiety and some depression that seemed to be creeping in, but the weight gain has only slowed, which is the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars at this point.After the first week, I did notice some hyper aggitation from too much energy with no way to burn it off at this point in time, so I cut back to 2 capsules in the morning and 1 at night and that has balanced it out nicely.
