Yummy flavor and no bad ingredients like sugar or GMO - sweetened with a nice tasting stevia - not bitter like some.I take cal-mag every night and it helps keep me moving & no constipation. My husband uses it for muscle cramps and in order to sleep better. Sometimes if we are stressed or have a headache and it's a nice relaxing beverage instead of a glass of wine or something that is not good for the body. My Husband and I really like it, they seemed to have change the formula bit, it's not as sweet as it used to be but that's better for me! My body does better with less stevia ! I love that you can make a quick drink out of his in cold water instead of needing to boil it, like most cal mag drinks I’m used to. I also really like the flavor. My husband doesn’t like stevia so he’s not really a fan, says it tastes like country time lemonade. But I use stevia as a sweetener all the time and the taste doesn’t bother me.
