I have bought these several times over a couple years. The product has changed and no longer say biodegradable on them and seem to be no longer made entirely from bamboo. Also ingredients have changed for better or worse. This will be last time I buy these. I have previously bought Baby Boo wipes and they still seem to be real deal. I use these extensively for children, camping, hiking, and general cleanup. The older packaging is in top picture newer packaging in the bottom picture Read more

I was looking for a sustainable wipe to keep from using cotton or microplastics. This is a little pricey, but good. I got unscented, so I can't speak to the scent. They do just what all baby wipes do--gently wipe. I am seeing lots of silly reviews on here about it not being flushable. I hate to break it to you--you shouldn't be flushing baby wipes, anyway, unless you want to ruin your septic or your plumbing. EVEN IF A PRODUCT SAYS IT'S FLUSHABLE, YOU SHOULDN'T BE FLUSHING IT. Google it and gaze your eyes on the massive fat and buttwipe bergs clogging city sewers. These are eco friendly because they are derived from bamboo. Not because you can flush them. It's a sustainability issue--bamboo grows fast and is easily replaceable. This is a good product and the company delivered it just when they said they would. Read more

I love the eco-friendliness of this product. That said I have to use multiple wipes to clean a messy bum.The wipes are very thin and don't wipe off poo well. The smell is very strong and not pleasant. It smells like the wipes may not be as natural as I had hoped. The packages don't reseal well so you may want to put them in one of those reusable wipe boxes.I won't be ordering these again. You would think a natural biodegradable wipe wouldn’t have such a pungent smell. There is aloe and aloe fragrance. I don’t understand the necessity for the additional fragrance in a baby wipe. There are very few biodegradable baby wipes on the market and sadly this will not be a brand I can use. I can smell the scent on my hands even after washing with soap for 20-30 secs and rinsing well. I tried one on myself and it burned slightly. Super disappointing. Read more

The list of ingredients here says these wipes use Potassium Sorbate as a preservative. But when the wipes arrived, I found the actual preservatives included Sodium Benzoate, which according to WebMD mixes with Vitamin C to form Benzene, a known carcinogen. Now this may have been an honest mistake, or it may have been an intentional fraud designed to make these wipes seem safer than they actually were. Accidental fraud or intentional fraud?!!! It doesn't really matter, it's still fraud and I would definitely recommend avoiding these wipes because we can't trust their manufacturer. Read more

They smell great! They strong and don't kill trees BUT THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR SEWER SYSTEM. These wipes have all of these ecological raves on the front. But if you look on the back in small print it says they are not flushable. I found out the hard way after paying $800 to have my sewer line cleared and cleaning up back up sewage in my basement. I used to LOVE these wipes. I recently received a new 3-pack after my first one ran out, and they are different. The green/white packaging on the new wipes (vs all green packaging) no longer says "biodegradable" which is a huge bummer for me. The material of the wipe itself feels much more like a "normal" wipe...did the percentage of bamboo change? And the scent is also much more similar to a "normal" wipe. I wish I had read the Q&A before purchasing. I will be searching for a truly biodegradable product next time. Read more

If you need wipes for scrubbing mud off a dog’s paw, getting dog poop off your shoe, or wiping down sticky hands, these wipes are great. However, I do NOT recommend you let Caboo wipes anywhere near the face or rear end of yourself or your loved ones. I am a grown adult with chronic GI issues, and these wipes nearly literally tore me a new one. I cannot imagine how awful they feel to a sensitive newborn. This is one of the most rough wipes my rear has ever had the misfortune of meeting, and due to my aforementioned health challenges, I have used quite a few brands of wipes in my day.I understand that these wipes are not really intended for the face, DESPITE the claims in the listing, but sometimes in life we find ourselves having sopapilla honey emergencies in the car. In these emergencies a package of Caboo wipes, having been kicked out of the bathroom and regulated to the car for removing mud & other brown things from park-enjoying dog feet/people shoes, might be the only thing around. Buyer beware, an attempt to remove said honey from my face and shirt led to a huge rash and burning skin. (To specify, the rash was on my face. My shirt survived the encounter, mostly unscathed.) If you were wondering, yes, the fresh sopapillas were totally worth the pain.I was seeking a good replacement for the sadly now-unavailable quilted Amazon Elements brand after seeing less-than-flattering reviews of their chosen replacement, Mama Bear. I need a durable wipe, not a flimsy, tissue-paper-thin, barely damp piece of sadness. While Caboo is certainly not flimsy, their durability crosses the line from sturdy to painful.I love the concept of sustainable bamboo wipes, and want to find a more earth-friendly option than tree pulp, but I also need a wipe that doesn’t leave me bleeding. Please keep working on this concept, Caboo. We need great companies making good bamboo wipes in the world, but this is NOT a good bamboo wipe.P.S. If you do buy these for a tiny human, please, for the sake of your pint-sized protégé, try them on your own face and behind a few times before subjecting your offspring to this sandpaper wipe. These bamboo wipes are better than I expected. They are soft, have a minimal scent, and they do not fall apart when you wipe. I will definitely repurchase these. Read more

I agree with other purchasers that this wipe has an overwhelming scent that does not smell natural whatsoever. They do also pull out in clumps which can be a nuisance. Was hoping to be able to switch as the thickness of the wipe is rather nice. Will not be purchasing these again unfortunately. Read more
