I actually LOVE this item. It's been exactly what I hoped it would be; the perfect transition for my son who loves sucking fluid from his bottle and hates pacifiers and sippy cups. This straw seems to be a nice compromise for the two of us.I DID have some issues people mentioned, but I assume this is because they used the bottle outright. I had to mess with how the bottle came assembled. I pushed in the straw in place and pushed in the weight so that they were fully connected. I also changed out the default straw with the larger one. I couldn't get the smaller one to consistently draw our water when it was sucked on, but the larger straw had no issues.I have not had any leaking issues at all. Read more

I got this for my 10 month old to have a cup for water during the hot weather. It works fine, and my preschooler excited testing it out. The little one ended up not being a fan of the shape of the straw and would rather play with the lid than drink from the cup. Lol. My only complaint is that the weight on the bottom of the straw gets caught up easily and doesn't necessarily stay in the liquid as the cup is turned around without being shook around. My 13 month old loves this cup and we’ve tried more expensive one and less expensive ones but honestly this one is perfect and the fact that it’s 10 oz is great because she’s starting to drink more as she gets older and the other weighted straw cups are too small. Received this cup on Monday, and it’s getting picked up by my trash company this upcoming Monday. It’s awful! Too many parts, but I can get past that if it works. The thing leaks like crazy. I gave it a pass the first leak thinking I assembled it wrong- nope. My son was soaked. It’s now in the trash and I’m searching for a new one. Don’t do what I did. Read more

This is the first cup that my baby has been able to take- he has trouble tipping regular sippy cups far enough to get liquid, he could never get the hang of straws, and open cups are messy, at least at the beginning. Just a headsup, the baby has to kind of bite the straw when they're sucking to get liquid- but that's exactly what my babe needed (he loves to chew on straws- probably why he never can seem to get the hang of them). The weighted straw is a huge plus, too. He loves playing with the snap lid (which is also a huge plus for storing for later) and I love the color/design. Love these cups. Unfortunately the last order didn't contain a weight for the straw. Luckily I have a few already. My twins started using these at 9 months old and love drinking water from them. They're light enough for them to pick up and handle and we've recently started using them with milk to transition out of bottles. I love that the side includes a mL label which helps. Read more

My son like to hold his bottles like a football under is armpits and run around the house and it doesn’t leak. He also likes to throw it from his high chair and it’s still in one piece. And he can drink from it with no problem. It took him just a few days to get used to the straw coming from other soppy cups. He enjoys drinking from it. Loved how cute the cup was, unfortunately my baby dropped it once and the part that clasps the lid on snapped. The straw and weight are a bit tedious to clean but they provide a brush that fits perfectly. Quite a bit of suction was required to get fluids out, I may reorder once my baby is older to retry as it was leak proof. Read more
