I saw the reviews that thought this was a fake. I thought the same thing when I got it so I called Bumble and Bumble. Unfortunately it is not. They have reformulated the best conditioner for those of us who have fine/thin hair into a product that is horrible. It is now a very heavy conditioner that weighs my hair down horribly and makes it look dirty instantly. Their reasoning was that some people thought the old formula wasn’t moisturizing enough. In my opinion those people should have tried something else. This is absolutely unusable for me and apparently a lot of other people. And I agree that the smell is awful now too. According to the list of ingredients on the Amazon selling site, this conditioner was safe for me. When I received the product I saw that one of the major ingredients was coconut. I am allergic. Read more

All I've heard is the "old" formula beats the "new" formula. You can only get the new formula on the B&B website so if you desire the old vs the new formula you'd better get it here before it's gone forever. I've ordered name brand beauty supplies on Amazon before, and this is the first time this has happened to me. I ordered the thickening conditioner which I have used before. What I got was orangish colored (the real B&B product is white) and it smells nothing like the real B&B product.Maybe it was the real product and spoiled - don't know if conditioner can do that. As a woman with very thin and fine hair, I will do anything for my hair to look like I have more than I do and not lay flat on my head showing my scalp. This line of products do just that.
