Ive used Bumble & bumble super rich conditioner for years! This bottle that I got is not the same ingredients or something. This conditioner always left my hair slick and smooth. This bottle that I got leaves a waxy texture that doesn’t ever rinse out and never untangles my hair.This product is either a knock off product or expired or they change their ingredients or something it’s awful what a waste of money. I loved this product up until my last purchase the first week of December. Apparently, Bumble and Bumble decided to switch up the ingredients list to add a bunch of pore clogging agents that make it impossible for me to use this anymore. I’m upset about it too, because it truly is moisturizing. But for those of us with sensitive skin, it no longer works. Not sure why they had to fix something that wasn’t broken. Read more

I love BB and this is always a nice conditioner. Leaves the hair super soft, you just have to use enough of it. It is more on the expensive side though which is why I rarely buy it. It does leave the hair nice and soft and I have really long hair. I like the smell of it and it's more on the thick side than on a thinner formula. I have used Bumble and Bumble Super Rich Conditioner in the past, and the product I received from Amazon was NOT it. When compared side by side to the actual Bumble and Bumble conditioner, the conditioner I received was soupy and smelled totally different (like Herbal Essences). If you are going to spend the money on this product, I would suggest ordering it from the manufacturer's website and not from Amazon. This was a scam. Read more
