Small and easy to swallow gel caps. These are a good price for the quantity. 300 in the package means about 10 months worth. They are a 100mg dose and, yes, it is a single cap for the full dose. They use sunflower oil for the carrier, not soy. These are colored bright white instead of red like most CoQ10, but any color is artificial. You can squeeze most of the air (an humidity) out of the zip-lock bag before closing, so they should keep better than in a bottle. Read more

So far, this is the best price I've found for a CoQ10 capsule with 100mg or more in it.Also so far, I have had no adverse reaction to this product. It goes down easy, and causes no trouble.My only grump is the titanium dioxide used for "whiteness" enhancement (my presumption regading why it's used).If the product was less white... so what?Other than that single issue, this is a perfect product as far as I can tell.Was this helpful?
