I was a little freaked out when I opened the sealed bottle to find the cotton insert was discolored as well as the interior of the bottle. I poured the vitimans out to see if one had broken but no, they were all intact. I searched for the email address of the seller ( which was not easy to find) to ask them if the product was safe to use and a week later still no reply. I wanted to start taking them right away so crossed my fingers and have been taking them every day. I figured it might be the heat that caused the discoloration but I am disappointed the seller never replied. So... as far as a vitiman B Complex, I feel they are helping to increase my energy. I know it is a little soon to say but these easy to swallow pills seem to be doing the job. I am a big believer in the B Complex. I took off one star for poor customer service to address my concerns.
