The TV commercials for vitamins would have you think that their product would take you from a doddering old man to a stud muffin (does anybody actually use that term anymore?) with a daily dose of their product.I think the really is more subtle. I really feel no difference since I started taking these vitamins, not better nor worse. But that’s not to say they are not working, or to say that they are working. I’m so conflict about this review.They are easy to swallow, so they get 5 stars. But is that all I really want from vitamins? I hope there is something more.Are they good value for money? I just don’t know, because I don’t know if they are really working. This is a "trash" dietary supplement: a junk item. You'd better to avoid it! Because:- it includes "cyanocobalamin". When your body absorb it, the "cyano-" molecule-part causes extremely big problems! It is a poison!- the magnesium is included by the product as magnesium-oxide. This means that the utilizable percentage is very poor, on the other hand the -oxide part of the molecule is again a poison for your body!This is a cheap poduct, but not only has low efficiency but even harmful for you! In terms of vitamin supplements I can tell if something is a good product or not, in that I semi-"pre digest" by half-chewing them first. And Bronson is VERY INTENSE in terms of having a viable, discernible concentrated presence of active elements -- not skimpy and binder-tasting like many others out there. I have been using this vitamin since early May and so far there is no difference (except for price) between this and the more expensive mutivitamin supplement that I was previously taking. Comparing the ingredients and doses both are roughly comparable. This one was slightly different than the previous one in both categories, but they seem to be close enough to make only a nominal difference between the two. I have had blood work results from periods when I have used this and the previous vitamins, and there was no skewing or noted differences (although my calcium levels seem to run high regardless of which multivitanmim/mineral compound I take. i bought these vitamins because my nails used to break vey easily, even during very simple tasks. a few days after i started taking these, my nails got stronger and i haven't had a single nail break incident since taking them daily. i will buy these for life! i've been taking them for 8 months now. my nails have not broken since. :) very satisfied and happy- i'm only 44, figured i might as well get the senior ones for extra vitamins. All I know is that these make my hair and nails grow almost inhumanly fast lol...so they must be good? As a 55 yr old guy I feel pretty good, so I'd say it's a win. Good value for the amount, I'll order more if they're available. And oh, some ppl have whined about food dye...seriously?
