I added this over a week ago. I monitor my blood pressure at least twice a day. I stopped taking amlodipine 3 days ago because I was having surprisingly good pressure readings. I've been on this pill for decades. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker and relaxes blood vessels, and this may be having a similar effect. I'll report back if this changes. Read more

Good product as far as I can judge. Makes me feel better in general and my husband mentioned reduction in his blood pressure that recently got higher. From one 140 to 125-130. We eat low fat and all natural and generally live healthy. But that alone may not be enough after 40. So we tried this capsules plus a occasional glass of red wine and reduction in caffeine intake.
