I have never been dissatisfied with Amazon until today. I received my box, undamaged, but the products I purchased wrapped up inside, were all damaged. The shampoo looks as though it's been rolling around in a garage. The label is all scratched and the bottle itself has dents in it. The candle I purchased was melted and all over the outside wrapper. I only hope the outdoor lights that were in the box will function after I solar charge them.I don't know how to upload a picture on my laptop or I'd gladly show you. Just thought I'd share... Can't find this shampoo anywhere near where I live. This seller is great. My only issue is that the pumps never work on the bottles, which makes transferring the product to a smaller bottle is a mess-making project. (The product is thick and doesn't pour easily.) When I recieved the product it was not factory sealed with a cap. The pump on the container was activated. Someone sealed it with a clear plastic that had tape all around it. I’m afraid to use the product because tampering may be an issue. I would like a refund if possible Read more

I have been using this shampoo for years and absolutely love it!However, the packing needs to be upgraded. The pump tip is shrink wrapped, but it still spins loose in transit, because there isn't any packing material added to the box to keep it secure. I opened the box to shampoo leaking all over. The air packs on top of a cylindrical product does not work. It needs it on each side to hold it securely. Read more
